Abhijnan Sarkar, Matangini Mahila Samity's Debalina Chakrabarty, Sanhati member Parthasarathi Roy, Dr. Sidhartha Gupta, activist Debjani Ghosh,activist Shamik Chakrabarty and Manash Chatterjee have been arrested on charges u/sec 143,149,332,341,342,353 . sec 353 and 332 both are non bailable ones. they used these two sections against them in respect of the day of lathicharge i.e. 4th april, i am sending u some documents by which it can be clearly proved that partha sarathi ray was not present on that very day at kolkata
