(Seema Azad, editor of Dastak Magazine and organising secretary of UP-PUCL and her Husband Vishwa Vijay were convicted by a Allahabad Sessions Court on 8th of June, 2012, and sentenced to life for waging war against the Government and other sections of the UAPA. All the evidence that they had was heresay and some literature, which the police alleged was seditious and was found in their bags and in their house)
