Ramchandra Gadhveer 6:54pm Jan 2 labour of organise sector has been denied by rajasthan state govt..state govt passed a resolution that new recruited candinate must go through two years probational period.in this period the employee will be provided with a fix payment without any allowences.this against the fundamental right.plz advise what to do.
